As a native of Gujarat – the golden corridor of India and a seasoned real estate professional with exemplary enterprising skills, Vinod Thakkar is a first-generation realtor. He recognizes and value the trust his clients put in him, strive every day to exceed their expectations. He is a leading contributor to Indian Real Estate industry for the past more than 30 years, sold over 1 million sq. ft. real estate and backed with the blessings of over 10,000 families.
His passion about the industry, has won many awards & accolades across the length & breadth of geography and industry. Currently, he is developing a learning platform “Broker ki Pathshala” for new generation real estate brokers. A Civil Engineer from University of Mumbai & a Graduate in Construction Management from University of Florida – USA, a new age Realtor and seasoned business head, Sunny Thakkar has established himself in the Real Estate industry within 2 years and has achieved many recognitions. During his work tenure in United States and subsequently in India, he developed keynote critical skills include the ability to execute on corporate strategy & plans, drafting business key metrics, creating and achieving new benchmarks and generating revenue across all verticals.
A proven leader with functional expertise in all aspects of company operations, including business development, finance, customer service and people management. His intense expertise includes successfully launching new projects, business budgeting, planning, forecasting, instituting CRM systems; cultivating and maintaining priority client relationships; overseeing vendor negotiations and third-party contract reviews. He has an ardent personality & disseminates a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
