The Concept

Broker ki Paathshala is an initiative of SQUARE FEET FOUNDATION, with an objective to build and develop a community of well informed and professional brokers in India. Broker Ki Paathshala was started in year 2019 and till date we delivered Two Offline batches of 10 days each and 30 Online value sessions with the help of successful personalities from Real Estate industry across India and could impact more than 10,000 brokers through our webinar and live sessions on Facebook.

In Broker ki Paathshala session, every week the participants interact with one of the most successful and prestigious personalities, to understand their struggles, achievements, and their nitty gritty of the Real Estate business. This helps our brokers to learn the secret of success.

The Big picture

Real estate sector in India is expected to reach a market size of US$ 1 trillion by 2030 from US$120 billion in 2017 and contribute 13% to the country’s GDP by 2025. Retail, hospitality, and commercial real-estate are also providing significantly, the much-needed infrastructure for India’s growing needs.

Brokerage industry in India is $4 bn per year.

There are more than 10 lacs Real Estate brokers in India.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given its approval for the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) platform, which will allow all kind of investors to invest in the Indian real estate market. It would create an opportunity worth Rs. 1.25 trillion (US$ 19.65 billion) in the Indian market in the coming years.

Broker ki Paathshala is an initiative of SQUAREFEET Foundation, set up by Mr.Vinod Thakkar, with an objective of developing a knowledge community of Qualified & Certified Brokers in India.
